Faster Cast Rate is the basis for every spell based char. In speedrun cases thats Sorc, Necromancer, Druid (to some extend) and Paladin (after lvl 18)
FCR decrease the amount of frames needed to cast a spell. Every char got their specific base of frames used for casting a spell:
- Sorceress: 14
- Necromancer: 16
- Paladin: 16
- Druid: 15
This basis can be lowered by items with FCR. Every char has its own set of caps so check out the details individually.
Cooldown of spells are not effected by FCR.
